We are sometimes more expensive on a spare than the market rate. We will not match that price with a copy of the part, because the failure mode of a counterfeit safety component is not a warranty claim.

What we need from you to quote a part.
Photographs of the nameplate save days. Most delays on spares come from identifying the wrong variant, not from supply.
The machine nameplate
Make, model and serial number, photographed. This identifies the variant more reliably than any description.
The part itself, in place
A photograph showing how it is mounted and what it connects to. Mounting differences are the usual reason a correct part still does not fit.
The lift’s basic figures
Rated load, speed and number of stops. These narrow the variant when the nameplate has worn away.
Whether it is a safety component
Governors, safety gear and interlocks are quoted and fitted only as genuine parts, and are tested after fitting.
