Working in Delhi
Can you install a lift in an old Delhi building?
Usually yes. Hydraulic and shallow-pit lifts exist precisely for buildings with no machine room and no scope to excavate a deep pit. We survey the stairwell and the access route before quoting.
How do you handle narrow-lane access?
It gets surveyed as part of the site visit. Equipment delivery, crane or manual handling and working hours are all planned before we mobilise, because discovering it on the day costs days.
Do you work with RWAs and societies?
Regularly. We are used to presenting options to a committee and to putting the arithmetic behind a modernization recommendation in writing.
Is emergency cover available across Delhi?
Yes, around the clock. Trapped-passenger calls are triaged ahead of everything else regardless of contract status.
