How we got here
The team is older than the company name.
The company is younger than the people in it. Before Magnum Blue Enterprises existed, this team was installing and commissioning lifts and escalators for data centres, corporate campuses, malls, government buildings and housing projects across the NCR.
We say that plainly rather than implying a longer corporate history, because the distinction matters to anyone comparing quotations. What you are buying is the experience of the engineers, and that is older than the letterhead.
Between them the team has taken part in more than a hundred installations and commissionings, across passenger, traction, hydraulic, pitless, hospital, goods and residential lifts.
How we work
Four commitments, and what each one costs us.
Anyone can list values. These are the ones that occasionally lose us work, which is the only reason they are worth printing.
We quote after measuring
It means we are slower to send a number than competitors who quote over the phone. It also means the number does not move later.
Genuine parts only
Traction machines, controllers and safety gear from traceable supply. We are sometimes more expensive on a spare than the market rate, and we will not match it with a copy.
Every visit leaves a record
A signed checklist to the building manager after every AMC visit. It takes the technician ten extra minutes and gives you something to show an auditor.
We say when to stop repairing
Past about twelve years, patching a controller stops being economic. Saying so costs us repair revenue and earns a modernization conversation.
