A panoramic lift is a structural and glazing project as much as an equipment one — hiding the counterweight run, detailing solar control, planning who cleans both faces of the glass for the life of the building. We have carried that detail through hotel atriums, malls and corporate lobbies across the NCR, working with architects at drawing stage rather than being handed a finished shaft. For a lift meant to be a feature, that upfront coordination is what separates a capsule that photographs well from one that actually works for twenty years.
